Terms of Use & End User License Agreement

These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") govern the use of the website and the private software applications provided by Bohlstech LLC ("Bohlstech," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or using our applications, you agree to these terms.

1. Private, internal use

Our applications are proprietary tools developed for the internal operations of Bohlstech LLC and its affiliated companies. They are not sold, licensed, or made available to the general public. Access is limited to Bohlstech and its authorized users.

2. License

Bohlstech grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the applications solely for the internal business purposes of Bohlstech LLC. All intellectual property in the applications remains the property of Bohlstech.

3. Third-party services

Our applications may connect to third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, through authorized APIs. Your use of those services is also governed by the respective third party's terms. Bohlstech accesses connected data only for its own accounting and business-management purposes.

4. Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the applications, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

5. No warranty

The website and applications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bohlstech does not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bohlstech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or applications.

7. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
