Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Bohlstech LLC ("Bohlstech," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website and our private, internal software applications, including any application we connect to third-party services such as Intuit QuickBooks Online.
Scope
Our applications are private and built for the internal use of Bohlstech LLC and its affiliated companies. They are not offered to the general public. This policy applies to information handled by those applications and by this website.
Information we collect
- Account and authorization data that you provide when connecting a third-party service, such as OAuth access and refresh tokens and a company identifier.
- Financial and accounting data retrieved from connected services (for example, QuickBooks Online) that we access solely to display, analyze, and manage our own business records.
- Basic technical data such as log entries generated when our applications run.
How we use information
We use this information only to operate our internal accounting, reporting, and business-management functions. We do not sell, rent, or share information with third parties for marketing, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond running Bohlstech LLC and its affiliated businesses.
Data from Intuit / QuickBooks Online
When our application connects to QuickBooks Online, it accesses accounting data belonging to Bohlstech LLC through Intuit's authorized API. That data is used only for our own bookkeeping and financial analysis. Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the application from within Intuit or by contacting us. Upon disconnection, stored authorization tokens are invalidated.
How we protect information
Credentials and tokens are stored in restricted environments and are not shared. Access is limited to authorized personnel of Bohlstech LLC. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed for our business and record-keeping purposes, or as required by law. Authorization tokens are removed when an integration is disconnected.
Your choices
Because these applications are for internal company use, they do not serve outside consumers. Authorized users may request removal of their data or disconnection of an integration at any time.
